About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple healthcare initiatives under NYC Health + Hospitals. The role involves managing project workstreams, coordinating with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors, and ensuring successful delivery of program goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (health-related or engineering field preferred)
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing multiple external vendors/contractors strongly preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail, accountability, and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams
- NYC area residency preferred
Responsibilities
- Support full project lifecycle: planning, scope, design, execution, and delivery
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools, templates, and reporting systems
- Monitor project progress, deliverables, risks, and escalate issues as needed
- Act as liaison between hospital departments, city agencies, and vendors
- Assist in training development and implementation support
- Provide operational and policy guidance to improve service delivery
- Support invoice review and budget planning recommendations
- Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders
- Assist in administrative and technical project tasks as required
