The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget. The role also includes managing governance for new product commercialization and supporting cross-functional project execution in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of product development, deployment, and commercialization processes
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering complex projects in an international environment
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to lead and influence without formal authority
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative “out-of-the-box” mindset
  • Continuous improvement mindset with proven process optimization capabilities
  • Strong command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and proficiency in AI tools supporting productivity and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively tracking milestones and ensuring timely completion of deliverables with SMEs
  • Update project objectives and master plans, consolidating key information for internal reporting
  • Manage scope changes resulting from internal or external factors and assess their impact on timelines and delivery
  • Define project core teams together with key stakeholders and support resource allocation and coordination
  • Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams without direct line authority to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure adherence to stage-gate processes and deliverables, maintaining transparency and compliance with best practices
  • Facilitate resolution of project-related issues and remove roadblocks
  • Actively participate in governance forums and ensure effective communication across stakeholders
  • Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
  • Act as a trusted advisor on project management topics across the organization
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization to improve productivity and delivery effectiveness
