Plant Prefab is seeking a Project Manager to expertly facilitate and manage the execution of various projects from early design to production and site installation. Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in modular / offsite construction, with a strong understanding of the coordination required between design, manufacturing, and field installation. Plant Project Managers are the central point of contact and information for our projects and accountable to ensure that every project is completed on-time, on-budget, and with high customer satisfaction. Project Managers work closely and seamlessly with factory and field personnel, purchasing, estimating, business development and design teams to ensure project delivery. The ideal candidate will be able to expertly manage project schedules (including Gantt charting and timelines), information flow, costs, RFIs, submittals and change orders. The position can be based in our Tejon Ranch, CA office or a hybrid of remote / field visits and report to the Head of Project Management. Candidate must be located within the Greater LA or Bakersfield area.
