About The Position

The Project Manager will manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at our Moss Point, MS facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule, budget, and overall business performance objectives. All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction, or Business or comparable work experience.
3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain frequent communication with and input from all relevant parties to ensure project plans are met.
Ensure all documentation is in place for timely invoicing and to assist in the collection of outstanding payments.
Review, negotiate, and execute contracts, ensuring applicable terms, conditions, and scope information are consistent with Tindall’s proposal and disseminated within the division.
Ensure compliance with all contract terms during project execution and monitor for changes requiring change order negotiation and execution.
Understand customer requirements as accommodated by Tindall’s proposal and create project schedules with input from appropriate functional areas.
Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and establish plans for successful project outcomes.
Communicate clearly and directly with customers in a timely manner regarding matters affecting the company’s interests.
Ensure project files are current and complete.
Help ensure appropriate field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
Aid and assist in securing specific project information or materials, or any other task necessary to keep established production and field schedules intact.
Ensure all close-out documentation is submitted and project files are archived after final payment.
Convene project post-mortem meetings to review projects, identify non-conformances, root causes, and appropriate corrective actions.
