About The Position
The Project Manager manages enterprise-wide clinical research projects and works with clinical research investigators and staff within the Jefferson Clinical Research Institute (JCRI) and across the enterprise. The role oversees clinical research-related projects, systems, processes, policies, and initiatives, and serves as the primary point of contact for related processes and systems. The position also collaborates with internal and external customers, vendors, sponsors, and study teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical research or a relevant field; alternatively, a master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in clinical research or a relevant field.
- Experience with clinical research systems such as OnCore, Florence, and EPIC required.

- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage enterprise-wide clinical research projects and related processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Set deadlines, monitor progress, ensure adherence to project schedules, and support completion of project goals.
- Develop project communication strategies and prepare verbal and written materials.
- Develop clinical research deliverables, including training documents, tip sheets, manuscripts, posters, presentations, and progress reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical research-related processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, vendors, sponsors, and study teams.
- Develop strategies for tracking project-specific metrics and milestones.
