About The Position
The Project Manager manages enterprise-wide clinical research projects and partners with clinical research investigators and staff within the Jefferson Clinical Research Institute (JCRI) and throughout the enterprise. The role oversees projects, systems, processes, policies, and initiatives related to clinical research, ensuring schedules and goals are met. The Project Manager also serves as a primary contact for clinical research-related processes and systems and works with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience in clinical research or a relevant field, or a master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience in clinical research or a relevant field.
- Experience with clinical research systems such as OnCore, Florence, and EPIC required.

- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage enterprise-wide clinical research projects and related processes, policies, and initiatives.
- Set deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules and completion of project goals.
- Develop verbal and written project communication strategies and materials.
- Develop clinical research deliverables, including training documents, tip sheets, manuscripts, posters, presentations, and progress reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical research-related processes and systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, vendors, sponsors, and study teams.
- Develop strategies for tracking project metrics and milestones.
