About The Position

Monitors and assesses market and sales data and provides information helping sales formulate strategies for implementing large projects and roll outs. This job can be remote and will be M-F 8 to 5 expectations with limited travel. Checks and assesses all information concerning markets and customers, to ensure that the company keeps competitive edge over competitors. Checks and assesses sales volumes and potential contribution provided by company brands in all market sectors and in the network, to ensure development of proper marketing strategies. Develops and keeps close working relationships with sales and marketing departments, ensuring maintenance of market share and allowing the company to seize all opportunities as they arise. Takes part in the development of customized promotional initiatives able to provide set margins while strengthening company brand and image among customers. Checks projects, budgets, and forecasts related to forthcoming promotions. Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner according to customer expectations. Drive the project with meetings both internal and external. Work with all groups in Hamilton to deliver expected results. Develop relationships with channel partners in US. Find new channel partners to help with installs and service. Develop processes for implementation of large projects. Learn retail and financial businesses as it applies to Hamilton products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Prefer a 4 year degree and Two or more years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes
  • Experience in coaching project team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
