About The Position

SPATCO is seeking an energetic Construction Project Manager to manage key client construction and installation projects. The role is focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager coordinates internal resources, third-party vendors, construction crews, and subcontractors; develops and tracks project plans; manages scope, schedules, and costs; and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders. The position also involves estimating project requirements and costs from blueprints and other documentation and ensuring safe work practices are followed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Help define project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders, ensuring feasibility.
• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction crews and subcontractors to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ensure safe work practices are followed.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Estimate the costs of goods or services.
