About The Position
SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic Construction Project Manager to manage key client projects and deliver them on time, within budget, and within scope. The role coordinates internal resources, third-party vendors, construction crews, and subcontractors; supports project definition and feasibility; develops and tracks project plans; manages project changes and performance; and maintains relationships with clients and stakeholders. The position also involves risk management, ensuring safe work practices, analyzing blueprints and other documentation, and preparing estimates for time, cost, materials, labor, goods, and services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives with relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
- Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction crews and subcontractors to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Estimate costs of goods or services.
