About The Position

Michels Construction, Inc. designs and constructs foundations and industrial facilities, improving lives through essential infrastructure projects. We are seeking a Project Manager to serve as a key team member, supporting all needs for successful project completion. The role involves starting the day on-site with the crew, ensuring they have necessary resources, performing required documentation and record entry, and planning for future project phases. This position requires close collaboration and communication with Project Managers and Superintendents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related and 2+ years of related experience in Construction, or equivalent combination of both
1-3 years of experience in waste water, concrete, or heavy civil
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
Travel required; this position requires extensive travel of 50-75%

Responsibilities

Serve as a key team member supporting all needs to help with a successful project completion.

Perform all required documentation and record entry for the project.
