About The Position

As a Project Manager, you have the overall responsibility for the safe and successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all projects. You will be leading the team to provide exemplary customer service to Reworld customers across the Region. The mission is simple: deliver the project on time, on budget, with quality that stands the test of time.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of environmental or related industry experience
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong leadership skills with 5 plus year of experience leading a team
  • Confined space, 40 hour hazwopper, OSHA 30
  • Knowledge of government regulations (DOT,OSHA, EPA, etc..)
  • Proficient in Exel, Net Suites, Salesforce, or similar operating systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of safety and professionalism are always practiced.
  • Take ownership of the project from start to finish.
  • Plans, schedules, and proposals.
  • Effectively Communicate with owners, plant managers, engineers, subcontractors, inspectors.
  • Plan and identify problems before they appear.
  • Coordinate assets.
  • Build the schedule and adjust when the scope changes.
  • Track project progress.
  • Solve issues fast and hold the line on safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Keep all equipment in pristine condition and holding the highest standard in the industry in maintenance and safe operation.
  • Build, Develop and grow Industrial Solutions team.
  • Identify and tracking of KPI’s.
  • Assist the Sales team with bidding, layout, and assigning resources to safely and efficiently service our customers.
  • Assess equipment, supplies, and PPE required for day-to-day operation.
  • Identify vendors and work with procurement to identify savings for supplies and equipment.
  • Track training requirements and identifies new training opportunities.
  • Build strong, long term customer relationships and vendor partners.
  • Assist and support other IFS locations.
  • Make the best use of our equipment and personnel.
  • Track margins and Ebitda to ensure we our working efficiently and selling properly.
  • Weekly reporting to Field Solutions Director.
