PCI is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Portland 553 operations based in Portland, OR. This individual will be responsible for actively participating in safety plans and measures, understanding and following PCI guidelines, creating/managing punch lists, and being accountable for Quality Control measures. They will prepare RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings, and possess a clear understanding of building systems and their relation to the building process. The role involves navigating and coordinating activities for productivity and efficiency, performing quantitative takeoffs, ordering materials, and pricing change orders. Creating and implementing job schedules, coordinating with field supervisors, and communicating issues to negotiate optimal trade positions are key. The Project Manager will perform labor control, coordinate warranties and O&Ms, assist in vendor selection, and manage subcontractor buyouts, contracts, and work sequencing. They will be accountable for job cost control through monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAWs) and support the branch through positive customer relations and active participation in the Customer Alignment Plan.
