The Project Manager is an experienced structural engineer responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of structural engineering projects under the oversight of a Project Executive. The Project Manager leads project teams and manages project scope, fee and budget, schedule, staffing, technical execution, coordination, client communication, and overall project performance from project initiation through construction. Project Managers balance technical leadership with project management responsibilities and serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. They are expected to anticipate project needs, identify potential issues, effectively direct project resources, and communicate with the Project Executive when significant technical, contractual, financial, schedule, or client-related issues arise.
