About The Position

Feazel Roofing is hiring a Project Manager to run residential roofing projects from start to finish. The company has been in business for 38 years and is a leading roofing company with multiple brands across several states. The Project Manager will be responsible for keeping clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and crews aligned, identifying and resolving issues proactively, managing budgets, schedules, permits, and safety, and leading crews effectively. The goal is to ensure client satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years running roofing or construction projects
• Real knowledge of roofing systems and installation
• A track record managing budgets and contracts
• Project management software skills
• The ability to lead a room and communicate under pressure

• You know building codes, safety regs, and warranty rules cold
