About The Position
The Project Manager with experience to manage the planning, execution, and delivery of mobile test initiatives. This role will partner closely with Android engineers, QA, UX, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases across devices and OS versions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project/program management experience in a technical environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree Engineering (preferred)
- Technically fluent, Agile-oriented, and effective at driving cross-functional alignment.
- Proactive in managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage of Android testing projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
- Drive Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and track progress.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment across engineering, product, QA, and business teams.
- Oversee release management, version control, and production deployments.
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, performance, and delivery timelines.
