About The Position

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Management Planning Operations professional to join their Production Operations team in Courtland, AL. The successful candidate will become a member of the Advanced Strategic Planning team as a Project Integrator. This role involves planning and coordinating business rhythms, overseeing site teams, managing projects in an Agile environment, and interfacing across multiple programs and support functions to ensure site success. The role requires experience with project management, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to interface with subject matter experts and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or combined equivalent experience/education.
• Experience planning and driving projects to timely completion.
• Experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong development of executive level presentations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Plan/coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms to include required artifacts and presentations.
• Oversee the Accelerating Performance Excellence site teams, to include tracking and monitoring adherence to milestones.
• Project Management in an Agile Environment.
• Interface across multiple programs and support functions, logistics quality, security, safety, engineering, facilities and IT to ensure site success.
• Presenting status, mitigation and recovery plans to program subject matter experts and senior leadership teams.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
