About The Position

Guidehouse is seeking a Project Manager to join their Management Consulting team. This role involves analyzing financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trends. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating mock-ups of new processes for a customer's servicemember relocation tool and becoming a subject matter expert (SME) in the relocation system, handling various shipment types and variables. The role requires the ability to manage multiple client personality types, ensure client needs are met, and capture meeting minutes that are client-ready within a short timeframe. The Project Manager will work with limited oversight and be comfortable in ambiguity, aiding the client in charting new business capabilities, including business process mapping with a data emphasis. Responsibilities also include creating product development briefs, supporting stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews with developers, acting as the voice of the product owner when they are on leave, and drafting potential product requirements from a user's perspective.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • FOUR (4) or more years of relevant project management or development support experience, consistent with senior-level technical labor categories.
  • Experience with data analysis, customer support, requirements drafting, etc.
  • Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week.

  • Experience supporting DoW, Air Force, USTRANSCOM, or Working Capital Fund organizations.
  • Experience supporting product management and software development activities.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex data challenges.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities
