About The Position

The Technical Automations Program Manager (Advisor II) is responsible for leading enterprise-scale automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate service delivery across Professional Services. This role drives end-to-end program execution, including defining roadmaps, managing cross-functional dependencies, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business and client priorities. The individual partners closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client teams to identify, prioritize, and implement scalable automation solutions such as workflow automation, system integrations, and AI-driven tools. The role requires deep expertise and understanding of the CashFlow Central (CFC) product ecosystem, including tools such as the Implementation Engine and Clarity, to effectively drive automation and optimize delivery workflows. Additionally, the Program Manager oversees governance, stakeholder communication, risk management, and financial tracking, while promoting standardization, process optimization, and continuous improvement. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role demands strong program leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to influence without authority to successfully deliver complex, high-impact automation programs with clear ROI in cost savings, cycle time reduction, and productivity gains.
