About The Position

The Rural Hospital Alliance (RHA) in Madison, MS, is actively seeking a full-time Project Manager. This grant-funded position works full-time from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and travel is required. The mission of the Rural Hospital Alliance (RHA) is to assist member hospitals in being successful healthcare providers in their unique rural setting by helping them achieve collectively what they could not achieve individually. RHA was formed in 2011 and consists of 39 hospital members.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of the Mississippi Delta Rural Integrated Health Network Expansion Project.
Coordinate project activities from award through closeout, including implementation of the approved work plan, contractor oversight, budget monitoring, performance reporting, meeting coordination, and compliance with federal grant requirements.
Collaborate with participating hospitals, consultants, community partners, and the Project Steering Committee to ensure successful completion of grant objectives and development of a sustainable regional rural healthcare network.
