About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Responsible AI Everyone program, a cross-functional initiative focused on embedding ethical, compliant, and scalable AI practices across the organization. The role will drive stakeholder alignment, and program execution to enable responsible AI adoption, particularly for emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Project/program management in data, AI, or governance environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Experience with risk management, compliance.
• In the weeds type role- someone to get into the details but overly strategy high level more project level details.
• Project management, Agile, Pmp, Stakeholder management, Program management, Project plan, Ms project, Scrum.
• Strong communication skills, can work with business and IT - can present thoughts very well.

Responsibilities

• Lead project activities coordination, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Act as a strategic advisor and SME on Responsible AI frameworks and AI risk management.
• Integrate industry, regulatory, and academic best practices into program design.
• Advance Responsible AI governance capabilities across five pillars: Robust & Safe, Fair & Ethical, Eco-responsible, Transparent & Explainable, Accountable.
• Support development of risk policies and residual risk frameworks.
• Enable scalable adoption of AI solutions aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.
