Apply today and help us shape the future of work—together SUMMARY: The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the client in all aspects of the technology infrastructure deployment project they are assigned to. The Project Manager will serve as the primary lead for the Technology Workplace TBD program, overseeing cross-functional vendor collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of network refreshes, hardware deployments, and site conversions across various client locations. This role demands high organizational agility, technical familiarity, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient time management skills; sense of urgency
  • Basic skills in Monday.com or similar product (SmartSheet)
  • Ability to track individual deployments across multiple client locations in a single day
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt process changes mid-stream
  • Ability to work flexible hours and available afterhours/weekends if required to meet project completion dates
  • 4-8 years’ experience in project management in technology and/or infrastructure programs
  • Experience using PC in business environment including MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to technology in the financial industry is a plus
  • Exposure to Monday.com is a plus
  • Familiarity with network equipment such as routers, switches, cellular devices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • PMP certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Track workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet
  • Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs
  • Assist in oversight of support activities involving routers, cellular devices, SD-WAN appliances, and switches
  • Assist in oversight of circuit installations, testing, and turn-ups for broadband and DIA internet circuits
  • Act as liaison between field resources and network engineers
  • Coordinate bridge technician support and ensure proper activation sequences
  • Manage deliverables including before/after photos and cabling documentation
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of site status, open items, and deployment milestones.
  • Participate in intake meetings, sync calls, and deployment coordination sessions
