About The Position
Diverse Systems Group (DSG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee IT and web-based system support efforts. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring successful delivery, coordination, and performance across all project activities. The role requires strong leadership, proactive issue management, and the ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years managing IT or web-based systems
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems
- Strong background in project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all project activities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT and web support services
- Oversee cross-functional teams (development, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and reporting requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and performance concerns proactively
- Coordinate kickoff activities, staffing plans, and operational processes
- Ensure system performance, uptime, and compliance with requirements
