About The Position
We’re building a network of Freelance Project Managers who can lead, execute, and deliver complex digital initiatives from kickoff to launch. We’re looking for execution-focused professionals to collaborate with on a freelance basis—part-time or full-time, depending on project needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record running web or mobile software projects, whether navigating the chaos of an MVP or scaling up an existing product.
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies, paired with a healthy dose of pragmatism, you know when to follow the framework and when to adapt for the sake of delivery.
- Experience managing fixed-price projects, tight scope boundaries, and proactive budget monitoring to keep projects profitable and on track.
- Understand the technical basics so you can speak the developers' language and assess technical constraints.
- Complete comfort in direct contact with customers and business stakeholders. You can manage expectations, deliver tough news, and build trust effortlessly.
- Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory, as 99% of our clients are English-speaking teams. (Min. C1)
