The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of low-voltage system integration projects from kickoff through closeout. This role manages the planning, coordination, scheduling, financial performance, and customer communication for projects involving structured cabling, audio visual (AV), CCTV, access control, DAS, wireless infrastructure, and other technology systems within the Public Sector vertical (Federal, SLED, Higher Education). The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between customers, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations. This individual oversees project documentation, labor forecasting, procurement coordination, change management, installation progress, and risk mitigation while maintaining strong relationships with clients and field leadership. Successful candidates typically have strong operational leadership, a solid understanding of the low-voltage industry, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects while driving accountability across cross-functional teams.
