Project Manager – Commercial Construction
About The Position
A growing, well-established commercial general contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in Southern Oregon. With a strong pipeline of work and continued regional growth, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own projects end-to-end and grow into a senior leadership role. This position is ideal for a mid-level Project Manager (8–12 years of experience) who has successfully run projects independently and is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a hands-on PM role where you will truly own your projects, not just support them.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of construction experience, with proven Project Manager experience
- Experience running $10M+ commercial projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of project financials and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution
- Someone looking for long-term growth into a Senior PM/PX-level role
- Mentorship mindset and team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Owning project financials (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)
- Leading subcontractor coordination, procurement, and scheduling
- Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and client communication
- Driving project timelines, quality, and overall execution
- Partnering closely with field teams, ownership, and design partners
