About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects, analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to support strategic goals. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to manage all aspects of a project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP).
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to support strategic goals.
- Proficiency in eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience developing and executing user acceptance test cases.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design.
- Ability to perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks.
- Excellent managerial and training skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
