About The Position

This role is responsible for planning and developing work schedules, inspecting facilities, auditing inventories, investigating new equipment and methods, and reviewing customer service requests. The Project Manager will implement organizational policies, analyze budget requests, and assist in promoting services to develop new markets. They will also inspect plant facilities, assist with plans and budgets for modifications, and ensure sites meet budget goals. The role involves developing long-range plans, coordinating program specifications, compiling data for estimates, and maintaining financial reports. Additionally, the Project Manager will ensure a safe work environment, maintain compliance with regulations, direct supervisory management, act as a liaison between various parties, manage contract databases, review contractor correspondence, establish contractor relations, conduct meetings, and assist with human resource concerns. This position oversees multiple shifts and the location is open 7/24/365.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
  • Prepares schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routes.
  • Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of the establishment for program compliance (safety, quality, service).
  • Audits and maintains inventories of supplies and equipment.
  • Investigates new and promotes improved equipment and methods.
  • Reviews customer requests for service to ascertain the cause of the request, type of malfunction, and addresses with management.
  • Implements organization policies and goals.
  • Analyzes and facilitates budget requests to identify areas for reduction.
  • Assists in promoting services performed to develop new markets, increase market share, and obtain a competitive position in the industry.
  • Inspects plant and evaluates the use of space and facilities.
  • Assists with plans, budgets, and schedules modifications, including cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts.
  • Ensures that the site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
  • Assists in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements.
  • Coordinates program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents.
  • Compiles data for preparing estimates.
  • Maintains and reports on the financial aspects of the business, including labor hours, overhead, supplies, expenses, billing, forecasting, and any changes to these areas.
  • Maintains a safe work environment for self and employees.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., FLSA, OSHA, ADA).
  • Directs supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programs.
  • Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
  • Maintains contract and contractor status databases.
  • Reviews all correspondence concerning contractors and responds appropriately.
  • Establishes and maintains contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process.
  • Conducts and attends meetings to communicate top-down and bottom-up on a consistent real-time basis with customers, clients, and employees.
  • Assists with human resource concerns and issues.
  • Oversees multiple shifts.
