Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with Electrolit's strategic priorities, operational objectives, and governance standards. This role manages initiatives with broad organizational impact, multiple interdependencies, and increased business risk, supporting commercial growth, operational scalability, supply chain performance, and enterprise execution. The Project Manager owns project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and risk management, serving as the primary point of accountability for assigned initiatives. This role partners closely with functional leaders, senior stakeholders, and external partners to translate business objectives into executable plans and drive delivery through influence and disciplined project management practices. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Project Manager applies advanced judgment to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex challenges, and support effective decision-making. This position plays a key role in strengthening Electrolit's project management maturity by contributing to PMO standards, governance, and continuous improvement efforts, while supporting the development of project management capability across the organization. Requirements

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, workflows, and governance processes, with the ability to apply them to moderately complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to assess risks and constraints, develop response options, and escalate recommendations through established approval channels.
  • Effective stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to present clear status updates and decision considerations.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Sound judgment in navigating ambiguity, while recognizing when alignment or approval is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt project execution approaches while remaining aligned to PMO standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects in food, beverage, consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar operationally complex environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able to work extended hours during high-priority project periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, or remain mobile for extended periods while facilitating meetings or project activities.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience working within a formal PMO or structured governance framework preferred.
  • Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects with moderate to high complexity, supporting Electrolit's commercial, operational, and strategic priorities.
  • Translate business objectives into structured project plans, including defined scope, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and risk considerations, in alignment with PMO guidance.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination and accountability for assigned initiatives, managing dependencies across functions and workstreams.
  • Drive project execution through disciplined planning, stakeholder alignment, and proactive issue management.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, constraints, and interdependencies, escalating material impacts and recommended actions to PMO leadership.
  • Prepare change requests and recommendations related to scope, timeline, or budget and obtain required approvals through established governance processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and decision forums to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
  • Prepare and present clear, structured project status updates, risk assessments, and proposed actions for PMO and functional leadership review.
  • Track and manage project budgets and resource utilization within approved parameters; escalate variances for review and approval.
  • Coordinate and oversee vendor and partner activities for assigned projects, ensuring deliverables align with approved scope and expectations.
  • Ensure consistent application of PMO standards, tools, and methodologies while adapting execution plans to project needs with PMO alignment.
  • Lead project close-out activities, including documentation, lessons learned, and operational handoffs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the PMO by providing feedback on tools, templates, and delivery practices.
  • Provide informal guidance or execution support to Junior Project Managers as appropriate.
