Works under minimal supervision to assist in project development while exercising independent judgement and authority as required. Manage overall project and program development activities. The Project Manager will provide day-to-day operational support for the IMPACT Study, a large, multi-site federally funded maternal health research program. This position serves as a central point of coordination between investigators, clinical teams, research staff, community partners, study participants, and external stakeholders. The Project Manager will assist with study operations including participant tracking, visit coordination, regulatory support, data quality monitoring, recruitment and retention activities, meeting coordination, reporting, training support, and communication across study teams. The individual will help ensure protocol compliance, maintain study documentation, monitor study milestones, and support successful execution of study deliverables. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced research environment.
