About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an established General Contractor supporting long-term federal construction work. This is a strong opportunity for a PM who understands the additional layers that come with federal/government construction and can own a project from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers long-term work in Tucson, AZ and surrounding areas with local projects, no overnight travel, and a stable pipeline of commercial/federal/government work. The opportunity is to work on complex, technically demanding projects with a high level of project ownership and autonomy, working alongside experienced field and project leadership. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career instead of chasing projects around the country.

  • Federal construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in occupied, secure or technically complex facilities is a plus.
