About The Position

The Project Manager leads a portfolio of intersectional projects that advance innovative solutions to regional challenges, with particular focus on communities disproportionately impacted. The role also explores work at the intersection of housing and climate and energy, such as weatherization’s potential benefits for climate goals and housing affordability. The Project Manager may supervise interns and volunteers. The position is regular, non-exempt, and full-time at 35 hours per week. It is hybrid, with in-person meetings required in the office or at locations around the Upper Valley.
