About The Position

Manage various projects related to the workload of the Trade Shows & Events Team. These projects include but are not limited to: trade shows, events, conferences and other customer related events that the company (both from a corporate and business unit perspective) participates in each year. Oversee key business unit leads and other cross-functional teams and implement schedule and timelines. A Project Manager is responsible for accurately and efficiently managing the production details and activities of each assigned project. Creating and managing timelines for internal departments as well as external vendors. Maintaining the client’s budget and effectively communicating change in scope requests as they arise. Project manager is a liaison between our production departments (fabrication, engineering, graphics, etc) and the account manager and/or client.

Responsibilities

  • Working as a team with account management to create project timelines.
  • Communicate with internal production departments with detailed service orders to complete each project deliverable.
  • Trouble-shoot issues as they arise w internal departments and clients.
  • Efficiently manage projects on or under budget, and ability to estimate change in scope.
  • Maintain all project related tracking documents and communicate any changes to internal team or external vendors.
  • Create and implement project timeline.
  • Guide and ensure consistency of client vision / line drawing / color rendering for each project.
  • Work in company ERP system to track progress and manage details of each specific project
  • Oversee project plans and schedules for multiple projects and ensure that all deadlines are met (artwork proofs, warehouse previews, ship dates, return inspection dates, etc.)
  • Timely submit project closing reports (reconciliation)
