In this role, you will serve as a trusted client point person, owning multiple concurrent projects and campaign workstreams from start to finish. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through complex scopes, balancing structure and speed while ensuring high-quality delivery across timelines, budgets, and client expectations. You will manage end-to-end execution for multiple direct marketing projects for our Fortune 100 financial services client. This includes email, web, and DM channels, overseeing monthly content and creative development, testing documentation, deployment readiness, and performance analysis. Working closely with a multi-disciplined team, you’ll track and manage content and creative through reviews, approvals, and distribution of final assets—bringing exceptional attention to detail to ensure high-quality work every time. Success in this role means building strong client relationships, staying highly organized across multiple deliverables, solving problems quickly and confidently, and pushing both internal teams and client partners toward revenue-driving goals. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Project Management.
