The Project Manager role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for guiding projects from planning to completion with excellence. This role requires experience in new product development and/or software development project management, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional projects across systems, operations, marketing, and process improvements. The Project Manager is expected to manage multiple priorities, identify roadblocks early, and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure successful project completion. As a key cross-departmental connector, the Project Manager aligns timelines, tasks, and stakeholders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and cultural alignment. Success in this role emphasizes not only timely delivery but also adherence to company values. The Project Manager is a confident, proactive leader who makes decisions, drives progress at all organizational levels, clarifies direction amidst ambiguity, and holds stakeholders accountable for commitments and timelines. This individual must be willing to address misalignment directly, ensure priorities translate into execution, and take full ownership of results, leading with influence and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing new product development projects
• Demonstrated experience managing software development projects
• Proficiency with ClickUp or similar project management platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to identify both tactical and strategic project risks and work collaboratively toward solutions
• Excellent organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong judgment, follow-through, and accountability
• Hands-on approach to project execution
• Clear, confident communicator who can lead discussions and drive alignment across departments and leadership levels
• Proactive decision-maker who solves problems and moves work forward in the face of ambiguity
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on the big picture
• Adaptability in shifting priorities and project requirements
