The Project Manager role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for guiding projects from planning to completion with excellence. This role requires experience in new product development and/or software development project management, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional projects across systems, operations, marketing, and process improvements. The Project Manager is expected to manage multiple priorities, identify roadblocks early, and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure successful project completion. As a key cross-departmental connector, the Project Manager aligns timelines, tasks, and stakeholders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and cultural alignment. Success in this role emphasizes not only timely delivery but also adherence to company values.
