Lead and oversee behavior and mental health focused activities from planning through implementation and in compliance with university policies and regulations, while leveraging LSSP expertise to coordinate resources, manage priorities, provide professional learning and coaching to educators, and maintain clear communication with funder and stakeholders. This role involves managing, developing, directing, and evaluating assigned behavior and mental health activities and plans with an emphasis on time schedule control, coordination of project development, implementation, and communication. The Project Manager will apply LSSP expertise to ensure projects are grounded in evidence-based assessment and intervention practices that align with MTSS and support student academic, behavior, and mental health outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face or virtual professional learning, providing guidance and coaching to statewide stakeholders on MTSS implementation, developing and managing project plans, integrating knowledge of school psychology and mental health systems, monitoring fidelity of implementation, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating across teams.
