The PPN Project Manager is responsible for the management of provider onboarding activities and other related practice onboarding projects. This includes provider on/off-boarding, practice acquisitions, closures, relocations, name changes, opening of satellite offices, malpractice applications, provider search and scheduling, maintenance of furniture/equipment in storage, and partnership with practice managers. The role requires strong project management and change management skills, effective communication with various departments and stakeholders, and the ability to provide leadership and guidance during transitions. Excellent customer service skills are essential, with a focus on building relationships and serving as an expert resource. The Project Manager will also participate in corporate-level meetings, potentially conduct site visits, and possess a general understanding of financial concepts and organizational quality goals. Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are crucial for meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
