The Project Manager will lead assigned projects end-to-end, from order through final customer acceptance, across Design Build (DB) and Build to Print (BTP) work streams. This role has full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. The Project Manager will also support Program Managers on larger or more complex programs, leading specific project phases or projects. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project plans, utilizing the Ascential Production System (APS) for project lifecycle management, managing project budgets and cost performance, and proactively identifying and managing project risks and issues. The role involves serving as the primary customer contact for operational and technical matters, reviewing and managing project contracts, ensuring customer-facing documentation and deliverables are met, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Application Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Assembly is crucial for coordinated project execution. Additionally, approximately 10% of the Project Manager’s time will be invested in contributing to the Ascential Production System (APS) and PMO, supporting tools and processes that drive organizational delivery performance, identifying process improvement opportunities, and maintaining disciplined project documentation and reporting standards.
