The Product Operations team within Owned Brands is comprised of project managers, sourcing managers, and technical development team members. A Project Manager drives all phases of Owned Brand product creation, from project kick off through results analysis. The Project Manager is responsible for understanding business objectives as well as establishing the optimal product and packaging approach to deliver on guest expectations. At level 5, Project Managers will manage smaller department(s) and/or product categories and may lead smaller initiatives beyond their normal responsibilities.
