About The Position

Visions Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading independent provider of nationwide warehouse storage solutions. Located at their facility in Norwalk, CA, this industry expert excels in delivering turnkey, innovative, and cost-effective warehouse storage layouts, leveraging extensive experience and maintaining a massive national inventory. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate a diverse range of projects from inception through completion, working closely with sales teams, clients, and vendors. Reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, this role is integral to ensuring seamless execution of all projects while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management / Coordination experience (Required)
• 5+ years of direct industry-specific experience in the installation/teardown of pallet racking and warehouse systems (Required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and project tracking software.
• Self-motivated, excellent time management, good judgment, strong problem-solving abilities, and an exceptional sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Preliminary Engineering (5 years preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Analyze project blueprints and develop comprehensive material lists.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and consistently meet deadlines.
• Manage and schedule product delivery and installation, ensuring smooth logistics.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring all timelines and expectations are met.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference and quality assurance.
