We are looking for a meticulous, results-oriented Project Manager with excellent collaboration skills to join our organization for a 24-month mandate. Reporting to the External Supply Organization (ESO), you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects related to external manufacturing operations. In this key role, you will ensure coordination between external partners and internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality requirements. You will directly contribute to the success of new product launches, transfers, and commercial production activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, ideally in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing external suppliers.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent command of project management tools (MS Project, Asana, or equivalent) and computer tools.
  • Bilingualism in French/English with strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree or project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead value creation projects related to ESO, including new product development, production transfers, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure end-to-end project management in a cross-functional environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (R&D, supply chain, quality, MS&T, etc.) and external suppliers to define and optimize commercial manufacturing flows.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources; identify necessary expertise and mobilize appropriate resources.
  • Coordinate all project activities, monitor progress, and identify risks; implement mitigation plans and appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure proactive communication on project status, risks, issues, and opportunities; manage escalations and prepare reports for decision-making bodies (committees, project reviews, etc.).
  • Evaluate supplier manufacturing capacity and capabilities as part of selections or evaluations; lead gap analyses and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure operational excellence at all project phases, from launch to transfer and commercial production.
  • Support external partners during development and commercial manufacturing phases.
  • Utilize and adapt corporate project management tools to ensure best practices are applied.
