About The Position

Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville is looking for an experienced field project manager to own larger residential and light commercial projects from kickoff to completion. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows construction, communicates well, and takes ownership seriously. The project manager will be the primary point of contact for the customer on-site, coordinate technician teams, manage subcontractors when needed, and ensure jobs are completed correctly, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or home services
Proven ability to manage multiple jobs and crews simultaneously
Strong communicator
Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality
Tech-comfortable — able to use a mobile app, take photos, and document jobs digitally
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must pass a background check

ServiceTitan experience a plus
Hands-on trade skills (carpentry, drywall, tile, or general repairs) a strong plus

Responsibilities

Manage larger multi-day or multi-trade residential projects from signed estimate through final walkthrough
Coordinate daily schedules for technicians and subcontractors assigned to your projects
Serve as the primary on-site contact for homeowners — set expectations, give progress updates, and handle concerns professionally
Walk jobs before, during, and after completion to ensure quality standards and punch list items are resolved
Coordinate materials procurement and job-site logistics — ensure crews have what they need before they show up
Track project costs against estimates and flag scope changes for approval before work proceeds
Update job notes and status in ServiceTitan; ensure photos, sign-offs, and documentation are complete at job close
Deliver a customer experience that earns 5-star reviews and repeat business
