Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in managing projects, ideally within Global Supply Chain or New Product Development.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Over 2 years of experience in managing projects or a similar area.
Skilled in using project management tools and software.
Strong problem-solving skills and a diligent approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A collaborative attitude and a dedication to continuous improvement.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Direct project management activities in Global Supply Chain Operations and New Product Introductions.
Collaborate with Hardware Engineering, Global Strategic Sourcing, Global Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement, Product Management, Sales, Safety, and R&D teams.
Provide leadership and direction from project inception through post-launch.
Participate in all essential elements of global supply chain and new product development.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of achievements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and implement changes as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators.
Ensure quality standards are met in all project deliverables.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure flawless execution.
Apply standard methodologies and continuous improvements in project management processes.
