About The Position

Logo Brands is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Sales Project Manager to support key sales, marketing, licensing, and eCommerce initiatives across the business. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that works closely with senior leadership and department heads to support high-priority projects, streamline communication, and help teams stay aligned from start to finish. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving problems, organizing information, following up on details, and helping others move faster. No two days will look exactly the same, so adaptability, ownership, and a strong team-first mindset are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in project coordination, account management, or marketing
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a genuine willingness to help.
  • Someone who is dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, licensing, creative, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional projects across sales, marketing, licensing, eCommerce, creative, operations, and product development.
  • Help organize and execute marketing and sales initiatives from brainstorming through completion.
  • Support senior leadership with research, reporting, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, organize next steps, and help drive follow-through.
  • Partner with marketing and creative teams on presentations, flyers, catalogs, mockups, product assets, and sales materials.
  • Step in during high-volume periods to support teammates and keep priorities on track.
