About The Position

We’re looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our team. This is a high-impact, highly visible role, the heartbeat of our construction operations and ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering outstanding results. This is an in-office, field-based position working closely with our team, clients, and job sites (not remote).

Requirements

5+ years of residential construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of carpentry, estimating, scheduling, and construction processes
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
Self-motivated problem solver able to manage multiple projects
Comfortable with project management tools and scheduling software

Responsibilities

Manage residential construction projects (new homes, additions, remodels) from start to finish
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Prepare and manage estimates, contracts, and change orders
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a great experience
Collaborate with designers, architects, and internal teams
Coordinate carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
Ensure quality standards, code compliance, and proper documentation
Proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and on budget
