About The Position

Kardium is seeking a collaborative and delivery-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise system implementation projects across their rapidly scaling medical device manufacturing environment. This role will report to the Enterprise Solution Delivery leadership team and work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Commercialization, Operations, and IT to deliver scalable business and technology solutions across Kardium’s enterprise application landscape. This is a hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby, BC.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager leading system implementation projects in a manufacturing, supply chain, quality, ERP, MES, or enterprise applications environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional technology projects involving business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Experience delivering projects in manufacturing or operational environments is required.
  • Strong understanding of system implementation lifecycles, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, data, integrations, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Experience with ERP, MES, Quality, CRM, warehouse management, manufacturing execution, or related enterprise platforms.
  • Strong project planning, facilitation, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and issue-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, dependencies, and competing deadlines within a fast-paced delivery environment.
  • Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery approaches, and tools such as Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or similar ERP platforms is considered an asset.
  • Experience supporting regulated manufacturing, medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or other compliance-driven environments is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with validation processes, traceability, SOX controls, FDA, ISO 13485, or 21 CFR Part 11 is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate enterprise system implementation projects from planning through execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Functional Leads, Developers, Data teams, Validation resources, SMEs, vendors, and implementation partners to support integrated project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations across cross-functional workstreams.
  • Support delivery of enterprise applications and capabilities related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, MES, Quality systems, CRM, reporting, integrations, and related business platforms.
  • Coordinate workshops, design sessions, playback reviews, testing cycles, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Support backlog management, sprint planning, delivery tracking, and execution transparency using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, warehouse, finance, regulatory, and operations stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with business processes and operational needs.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, business readiness, training readiness, validation support, and business sign-off activities.
  • Help drive process harmonization, delivery discipline, stakeholder alignment, and execution momentum across enterprise solution initiatives.
  • Support vendor coordination, project governance, resource planning, meeting facilitation, and executive-level reporting.
  • Contribute to scalable enterprise systems delivery practices aligned with operational growth, compliance requirements, and enterprise maturity objectives.
