Brown and Caldwell, a national environmental engineering firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our diverse team to lead and manage projects for New England clients. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing drinking water projects, providing solutions for complex issues, utility management, business development, capital planning, design and engineering, and construction phase efforts. The Project Management role involves planning, executing, and overseeing projects so that they are completed on time, within budget, while meeting all quality standards and health and safety requirements. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, set objectives, allocate resources, and develop detailed project plans. The role monitors progress, manages risks and change, resolves challenges, and communicates with stakeholders to provide regular updates. The role focuses on further developing essential project management techniques and an understanding of the company's product/services. The role manages small projects and collaborates with team members on larger or moderately complex projects. Working under clearly defined guidelines and supervision, the role leads small projects, so that each one is completed within the set scope, schedule and budget. Hybrid work is allowed.
