About The Position

Independently manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing comprehensive project plans that encompass all necessary activities, resources, and timelines. Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, and budgets, utilizing defined project management techniques and tools. Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Develop and implement resource management plans, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of project resources. Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules. Manage dependencies between project tasks and activities, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion. Ensure contractual schedule alignment with all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, ensuring effective and timely communication with all stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Manage vendor performance, monitoring adherence to contractual obligations and resolving any issues or disputes with stakeholder support Review and implement contract management plans, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage change orders and contract modifications, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved funding levels. Track project expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance. Develop and implement cost control measures, maximizing project value and minimizing waste. Forecast project costs and resource needs, supporting accurate budgeting and financial planning. Prepare financial reports and presentations, providing insights into project financial performance. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies. Proactively identify potential problems and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project deliverables. Lead problem-solving efforts, facilitating collaborative solutions and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Escalate risks and issues to senior management, as appropriate, providing recommendations for resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong Project Management background.
  • Team leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Projects.
