About The Position

The Project Manager provides essential oversight for a federal financial program focused on asset forfeiture. You will lead a team that assists law enforcement agencies with the technical and financial aspects of their investigations to ensure program goals are met efficiently. Mission Leadership: You will serve as the primary point of contact for the government, managing a diverse team to provide financial, strategic, and investigative support for high-impact forfeiture cases. Operational Integrity: You will oversee the quality assurance of all deliverables, ensuring that program reviews, forensic accounting audits, and financial management tasks meet rigorous federal standards and compliance requirements. Strategic Optimization: You will drive business process improvements and performance assessments to enhance the capabilities of participating law enforcement agencies, maximizing the impact of their investigative efforts.

Requirements

US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
At least 5–10 years of specific experience in federal asset forfeiture, including familiarity with federal forfeiture statutes, policies, and risk management.
10+ years of relevant managerial and technical experience in business process improvement, financial planning, and project management.
Proven background in the financial administration of projects, including auditing, record keeping, and the analysis of complex financial processes.
Demonstrated ability to execute high-level written documentation and lead complex discussions with federal management and agency stakeholders.

Experience specifically related to inventory testing, invoicing, and payment compliance within a federal environment.
