About The Position

The Project Manager provides essential oversight for a federal financial program focused on asset forfeiture. You will lead a team that assists law enforcement agencies with the technical and financial aspects of their investigations to ensure program goals are met efficiently.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • At least 5–10 years of specific experience in federal asset forfeiture, including familiarity with federal forfeiture statutes, policies, and risk management.
  • 10+ years of relevant managerial and technical experience in business process improvement, financial planning, and project management.
  • Proven background in the financial administration of projects, including auditing, record keeping, and the analysis of complex financial processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute high-level written documentation and lead complex discussions with federal management and agency stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Broad software skills applicable to financial data analysis and program reporting.
  • Experience specifically related to inventory testing, invoicing, and payment compliance within a federal environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the government, managing a diverse team to provide financial, strategic, and investigative support for high-impact forfeiture cases.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of all deliverables, ensuring that program reviews, forensic accounting audits, and financial management tasks meet rigorous federal standards and compliance requirements.
  • Drive business process improvements and performance assessments to enhance the capabilities of participating law enforcement agencies, maximizing the impact of their investigative efforts.
