The Project Manager I will manage small-scale projects and assist on larger initiatives, primarily focused on common area renovations, in-unit renovations, and smart technology renovations. This role involves assembling project teams, clarifying objectives, developing project plans, managing plan execution with senior team support, and reporting project status to key stakeholders. The position generally manages projects with budgets between $10K - $75K and requires familiarity with scope management, requirements gathering, project tracking, and meeting facilitation.
